Casterton Golf Course is simply stunning with panoramic views across the market town of Kirkby Lonsdale and the Lune Valley. Nestled at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales this 9-hole, Par 70 course offers a challenge for all golfing abilities. Naturally free draining it is open all year when many other courses are closed.

The family-owned course is renowned for the quality of its greens and the standard to which it is maintained. The head greenkeeper has brought his expertise from Loch Lomond and the Belfry Courses to Casterton providing an absolute gem of a course enjoyed by all.

The course has arguably the best practice facilities in the area with a separate Par 3 golf course, driving range, practice green, short course practice area, chipping green and practice bunker.

The clubhouse catering facilities are excellent with hot food provision available from 8am – 4pm each day and drinks and snacks available until dusk. The club has a well stocked and competitively priced golf shop.

Signature Hole 3rd: From the elevated tee position you have a clear view of this gorgeous Par 3 Hole. Framed by rocky outcrops of limestone with a sweeping approach to a small challenging green this hole rewards the accurate player.
